Marvin H. Lott & Son Hardwood Floors has been in business for almost half a century. Marvin and his wife Joan established the company in 1973 and have since retired. Their son Tim Lott now runs the business. The family business is now in it's third generation with Tim's son Stephen and daughter Maggie both learning the ropes. This small family business continues to provide high quality services through its relationships with leading contractors, kitchen companies and interior designers. We give homeowners exactly what they want. Tim brings to the company a skill and knowledge of flooring that encompasses coloring, staining, refinishing, sanding, luxury vinyl tile (lvt) and many other aspects of the industry.
