What is the average price of Mirage floors?

The price of a hardwood floor depends on a host of details including the selected species, board width, finish, and area to be covered. We invite you to visit your local Mirage dealer to discuss your project and get a quote.

Where can I view Mirage Floor Samples?

We recommend you visit a retailer in your area to see and feel authentic products, as colors on the screen or in print may differ slightly from the actual product.

Find retailers in your area by browsing our website using our "Find a Dealer" tool in the main menu at the top right or call us at 1-800-463-1303 Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm EST for assistance.

Otherwise, you can order via our website up to 4 free product samples 7.5 inches (19.05 cm) in length, including shipping. Click on the "Free Samples" button in the main menu at the top right and follow the instructions on the page. 

Where can I buy Mirage floors?

Find a Mirage retailer by using our Mirage Dealer Locator to find one near you. Choosing the right retailer involves a combination of several factors.

A retailer that offers a wide range of services may be able to more efficiently help clients through the entire process—some, for instance, also offer professional decoration and installation services. Years of experience, personal references, and satisfied clients are all good signs. It’s normal to ask for photos or videos of recent work, to demand a clear price quote, and to get technical information about floor installation.

How can I order a sample?

Samples can be ordered anywhere in North America on our website. Simply select the desired product from the Hardwood Floors section and add it to your basket. When you have added the products you want, simply click on "Cart" in the left-hand menu and follow the instructions to place the order.

Can I buy directly from the manufacturer?

We only sell Mirage floors through our dealer network. You can find a Mirage retailer by using our Mirage Dealer Locator, or you can contact us by phone to find one near you.

Why can't I see the floor I'm looking for on your website?

You can find all the current products in our standard offering on our website, but some products we make are not listed on our website. If you are unable to find a product you are looking for online, it could be part of a special program or possibly discontinued but may still be available.

Is it possible to customize a standard product or order a completely customized floor?

Only the current products in our standard offering on our website, but some products may be customized to better meet your specific needs. If you are unable to find a product that perfectly suits your needs or are looking for something completely custom, please feel free to call us at 1-800-463-1303 for more information.

Is my floor covered by a warranty?

Mirage hardwood floors are covered by a number of guarantees: the Limited Lifetime Structural Warranty, the 35-year Duramatt or Nanolinx residential wear warranty, and the 3-year Duramatt or Nanolinx finish wear guarantee. Light commercial use and the 5 year Nanolinx Commercial Finish Warranty for use of commercial finish. For more details, please see our "Warranty" section.
