Mirage generously donates hardwood floor for the 2012 Minto Dream Home

St-Georges, September 5, 2012 - Mirage, the hardwood flooring brand renowned for quality, is proud to team up with the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario Foundation in the draw for the 2012 Minto Dream Home.

The 4,583 sq. ft. Minto Dream Home was built by Minto Construction, principal builder for this project, with the participation of many generous partners to raise money for the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario. A partner of note, Mirage donated a floor valued at $8,000. Barwood Flooring, a Mirage dealer located in Ottawa, ensured impeccable service by providing certified installation by its team of experts, as well as after-sale service. Barwood Flooring has been a partner in the Minto Dream Home project for the past four years.

Mirage supplied the hardwood flooring for the nearly 1,000 sq. ft. master bedroom. The product installed is made of Aged Maple, Nougat from Mirage Sweet Memories Series. The floors in this series feature subtle color variations, tiny knots, and natural imperfections that lend an incredibly authentic look. The Nougat color reveals tones of honey and almond with a soft gray hue.

The house is located at 110 Gray Willow Place in Manotick, Ontario and opens to the public on Monday, September 17. About 40,000 visitors walk through each year's dream home.

The Minto Dream Home is one of the grand prizes in the 2012 Dream of a Lifetime Lottery, which launches on September 18. This is the 22nd Dream Home since the lottery started. Tickets are available on . Tickets may also be purchased at the Dream Home at 110 Gray Willow Place or by calling the Dream Line at 613-722-5437 or 1-877-562-5437.
