Some distinctive marks may become prominent over time due to changes in the environment.
Our Exclusive grade offers a more refined and uniform appearance, with fewer color variations, and small repaired knots. Mineral streaks might also be visible, but they are limited in width and number. The Exclusive grade is often chosen for spaces where a more formal or contemporary aesthetic is desired, as a premium option for those who want a pristine and sophisticated look for their flooring.

Solid 3/4″ floorboards are made from 100% hardwood and are available in Straight 3-1/4″ plank widths in the Exclusive grade and in Straight 4-1/4″ plank widths in both grades. It's important to note that they have a lower tolerance to relative humidity levels, ideally between 35% and 55%. As a result, they are suitable for installations on and above grade, but not below grade. However, these boards can be sanded to extend their lifespan. Additionally, this option offers the lowest price point.
